We felt bad that Tara had to stare at her food for a while and then watch her soup being taken away! We'll try as you suggest to start the speaking portion and order taking at the same time. I picked a not-so-great seat and kept turning back and forth between Tara and my plate. This would also mean that speakers themselves would have a chance to eat at the same time as the rest of the attendees. Post-dinner could be reserved for Q&As and/or one-on-one follow-ups, maybe?
