    I’ll get the ball rolling and say that I’m interested in learning about web design and online service delivery – and about performance measurment. What’s the best way to do the latter?

    I am interested in continuous improvement. It’s great to track stuff however what do you do with the analytics that you have. How do you go about making it better.

    For the educational part: I’m at Ottawa U taking classes towards my PR degree, which was finally approved!

    Is everyone interested in *web* usability? Because usability can be applied to products and service design as well but I’ll focus on web if that’s where everyone’s interest is.
